Jerry Hogan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Facade Concepts, Inc. Mr. Hogan has over thirty years of experience in custom high-performance curtainwall design, applications engineering, exterior wall systems forensics and exterior wall consulting. During his career, Mr. Hogan has developed thousands of custom extrusions for custom curtainwall and window designs. He holds four US Patents for the design of curtainwall retrofit products.

Carlos Mendonca has over thirty years of experience in New and Existing Building Envelope Architectural product/design, while Emphasizing Exterior Wall Interfacing Design, Building Auditing/ General Assessment of Insitu Condition, Curtain wall Design, Construction, Quality Control and Consulting. His architectural design background, attention to detail in conjunction with his knowledge and experience in the building envelope industry make him a substantial asset to the firm.
